We manufacture these heaters with alumina element supports for excellent corrosion resistance, extended life and efficient heat transfer. The heating elements are made with high quality wire rated to over 1000 deg C.
All are capable of reaching the necessary operating temperature of 700 deg C in 10 to 20 minutes. We recommend the use of a closed loop temperature controller to maintain a constant temperature and all H8.6 series heaters include a K-type thermocouple embedded under the elements for accurate measurement of element temperature

| Dimensions: All H8.6 series heaters are 55 mm overall long, not including tails and thermocouple leads. The hot zone is 32 mm long. The diameter over the heating element is 18 mm. The H5.0 heater is 20 mm long, with a 17 mm long hot zone. |
